Bro this is decent, definitely grid worthy! I would sit on the couch to the left on the frame and look forward towards the right side of the frame, around the black line to indicate the rule of thirds. Great job! 👏
Does my IG pass step 1?
Does my IG pass step 1 in your opinion? I know it always can be improved and I will of course continue that, but the question for now is if it meets the threshold to be considered a fixed IG? IG: https://www.instagram.com/severinzhou/ Any feedback is welcome and appreciated 😎

Good job! I prefer the walking. The other photo looks a bit forced.

Hey guys, let me know what you think about the photos, and anything I should do differently. Too close, too far, too staged, etc 1. Jazz Club 2. Old Court House (cool architecture) 3. Popular rooftop lounge in adjacent city 4. ^ same building, club downstairs 5. Nearby rooftop lounge 6. Colombia 7. Colombia ...also, should I post them all simultaneously or trickle post them?

Shoot during golden hour. Avoid awkward angles and poses and looking at the camera. Study rules of composition and frame for vertical photos. Shoot raw and colorgrade the photos. This will make them 10x better. With that said, good job taking action. I think you are going in the right direction, keep it up!💪

@Jorgen Wembo got the answer. When the sun is low in the sky it dramatically improves the direction of light, which is one of the most IMPORTANT factors in photography. Furthermore it brings nice color and helps create a very pleasing image.
