Hey everyone
This is my 1st time trying my max for deadlift, I don't train it..I just do Weighted pull ups n dips😅 n back extension 👌 Even the powerlifter was shocked💀 Never mess with calisthenics athlete👊🏆

@Ahmed Hamdaoui for sure..I might try 220kg nxt without belt or straps. Good thing those back extension n grip training makes my deadlift 👌
2nd 80kg Pull up try
This is maybe a more difficult angle to judge on, I also tried going for a second rep event though I knew I would not make it, to me it felt a little bit higher than last time but I don't know if its enough to be valid

Insane!👌🗿
50kg pull ups are starting to feel light, soon going for 60kg
Today I did 50kg x 7 reps a new PR and the first 3 reps actually felt pretty easy, but in the 5th rep it started to get real tough, let's see in the following weeks If I can do 8 reps and move to 60kg. Now that I can't train weighted dips, my pull-ups are starting to get dangerously close to my dips😅

@Viktor Valouch thx bro..will do my best n update u guys before this year ends. Since I'm doing Judo also..I will do its strength training also n my progress will be slow n steady for both calisthenic (skills n streetlifting) n judo. Since Hybrid..I'm kinda cool with that. But 1 main Goal I want is to archieve crazy skills at this bw, since Sensei hauser demonstrated that heavy weight doesn't matter..thats all I want n always dream of accomplishing✅️🗿🔥🏆📈✝️
