Arch Linux question
Hello guys, me again, Iโ€™m having some troubles trying to install the Arch Linux ISO on my thinkpad E480. Steps that I already did: 1. Downloaded the last version on this link https://geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com/iso/2024.12.01/archlinux-x86_64.iso 2. Using Rufus to build the ISO on a 16GB USB 3. Booting the laptop in the Bios mode with the F12 on the keyboard 4. Whey I select my USB on the boot mode, it doesnโ€™t work Follow the evidence Some suggestion to solve this problem? I already tried using another USB and the torrent ISO, the error persist

Hello everyone, Iยดm working on my lab and Iยดm trying to decide what distro is better to start and explore more than Ubuntu. How I can learn more about networking in a local lab? I really would like your suggestions, and sorry If iยดm being so noob.

I landed a dream contract (โ‚ฌ110,00/hour)
Dear friends, I have a personal update to share. I have accepted an offer to assist a Dutch company with building up their cloud native offerings! And the best part? It's a part-time contract for about 2 days a week, which leaves me enough time for my studies, KubeCraft, and content endeavors. Without appyling for this job.. They came to me. ๐Ÿ”ฅ The company works in a very exciting niche. They specialize in hybrid cloud solutions using Azure Local (which was previously known as Azure Stack HCI). Azure Local is an offering by Microsoft where you purchase certain partnered hardware which you have on-prem which is then connected to your existing cloud environment. This way you can use Azure services on your local hardware, which offers very compelling use-cases for companies that don't want to have their data in an external data center. It also allows for lower latency. Additionally it will allow companies to set up their own local GPU clusters to run or train their own AI models. And this is where I'm going to come in. They currently have almost no knowledge of Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service), and I'm going to do research and development, building out Proof of Concepts and setting up the hybrid cloud environments for clients who want to start running Kubernetes. I'll also partake in training their current staff and educate them in Cloud Native practices. And lastly, I'll also be helping them with content. I'll be writing blog posts and will also create some videos for them from time to time. And I'll be paid more for those two days a week than what I earned working 40 hours a week as a consultant. When I went freelance in the middle of this year, my goal was to have part-time freelance work that i could combine with KubeCraft. And now it happened. How did I do it? Did I send out countless applications? Did I message thousands of people desperately trying to find a gig? No. I was approached for the contract after posting on LinkedIn. I'm telling you guys, this stuff works. If you want to get ahead in life, I strongly recommend you take my personal branding course and put the teachings into practice.
