How did you guys go about getting your first customers? Also, in my area, it’s winter right now. Should I focus on building website and seo now and go hard with ads in the spring or does anyone get business in the winter too?

Hey everyone, thank you for accepting me I just started this business, I don't have much of a budget really What do you think it will be a good way to get the first customers? I'm starting with social media to upload content, I also just sent flyers to get printed and I will be leaving them in an old people neighbourhood, and just posting on FB groups of citys in my area that I believe will be a good fit I want to do FB ads but I feel that putting just around $50 won't do anything What is a good budget to start with the ads? Just wanted to see what everyone is doing to have a better idea Thank you everyone
