☕ Weekend coffee chat!
Okay, what are we all up to this weekend? 😂 Working on something exciting? Catching up on the stuff you've been ignoring all week? Getting outside? Making something? Doing absolutely NOTHING business-related? I'm curious what everyone is up to. Business answers welcome. Non-business answers VERY welcome. 😂💗 Tell me! 👇

👀 Want a little peek behind the Freebie Swap Collective?
I'm currently building the Freebie Swap Collective for October 19–23, and I thought I'd share a little of what actually goes into creating an event like this. Because from the outside, you see the finished thing. The registration page. The contributors. The freebies. The schedule. The pretty graphics. 😂 But here's what I decided BEFORE building all of that. What do I actually want people to EXPERIENCE? I didn't want this to be another event where people grab 47 freebies, disappear and never speak to anyone again. I wanted people to find collaborators. Meet potential podcast guests. Discover future bundle contributors. Make connections that continue AFTER the event. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. It's why we're hosting inside Skool. It's why there are opportunities for conversations, matchmaking and collaboration throughout the week. The experience came first. The logistics followed. And that's something I want you to remember when you're thinking about hosting your own event. Don't start with the registration page. Start with what you want to create for the people attending. The rest becomes a whole lot easier to figure out when you know THAT. So I'm curious... If you were creating your own event, what would you want people to walk away with? 👇

Wow I wish that was the real view out my window 🍁
👀 Well... apparently I'm rebuilding my AI tools. 😂
So, the GPTs I've spent all this time creating are going away in their current form. Because OF COURSE THEY ARE. 😂 And after my initial oh, for fuck's sake... moment, I spent a good chunk of last week turning my existing tools into something new. And ummmm... I THINK I LOVE THEM EVEN MORE NOW?! 😍 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿. 👑 A new interactive home for the tools I've created to help you plan, build and promote your own collaborative events. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿: ✨ Bundle Brilliance — everything from planning your bundle to contributor outreach, sales pages, promotion and follow-up. ✨ Virtual Summit Success Lab — the same kind of guided experience for creating and hosting your own summit. ✨ Event Alchemy — for dreaming up and developing creative collaborative events beyond the usual summit or bundle. Instead of jumping between a bunch of separate GPTs, you'll have a more connected experience where you can work through the different stages of building your event. And OMG. I'm loving how it's coming together. 😂💗 They're not QUITE ready yet. I still have to connect the actual AI assistants and do some testing. But the workspaces are built, the designs are coming together, and I couldn't resist sharing a little peek. These are the tools I'm developing for Premium, because I want you to have more than information about hosting. I want you to have a place to sit down and actually BUILD THE DAMN THING. 👑 Anyway... enjoy the screenshots. I'm going back to my 47 open tabs now. 😂 P.S. Sometimes being forced to rebuild something turns out to be a pretty damn good thing. Who knew?! 😂 ----------------- And YES, these interactive tools will live alongside their respective programs inside Premium. 💎 So if you're working through Bundle Brilliance or Virtual Summit Success Lab, you'll have the training, templates and systems PLUS dedicated interactive workspaces to help you actually put everything together.

@Vanessa Choi I literally just started so I’ve only built one funnel with it but I have it working with Stripe and Kit. Plus I’ve added custom collab links so I can track lead from collabs, customize the page per collab, and automatically archive the link after the collab window ends. I even rebuilt my Tally form lead magnet in it so everything is super seamless now. How did you learn how to use Lovable?

👀 What's making hosting feel like SO much work?
I've been reading your answers to the questions you fill out when joining this community. And one thing keeps coming up from people who are interested in hosting their own summit or bundle. They WANT to do it. But then there's the whole... 😵‍💫 Where do I even start? 😵‍💫 How do I organize everything? 😵‍💫 How do I find the right speakers or contributors? 😵‍💫 What about the tech? 😵‍💫 When am I supposed to find the TIME?! And I get it. 😂 When you look at an entire event from the outside, you're seeing the finished product. The registration page. The contributors. The emails. The promotion. The actual event. What you're NOT seeing is that nobody builds all of that in one afternoon. You make one decision. Then the next. Then the next. So I'm curious... If you were going to host your own summit, bundle or collaborative event, what part feels the MOST overwhelming right now? And if hosting isn't on your radar yet, that's okay too. Tell me what would have to change before you'd consider it. I'm genuinely curious what everyone is thinking. 👇😂

Best practices for managing contributor information and resources and communicating with everyone. Some hosts are much better at organization and communication and I want to be one of those hosts. ✨
🎉 Okay, what did you actually MOVE FORWARD this week?
It's Friday, and I want to hear about your wins! And before anyone says, "Well, I didn't launch anything or gain 500 subscribers..." 😂 THAT'S NOT THE ONLY KIND OF WIN. Maybe you pitched yourself for a podcast. Applied to a summit. Reached out to a potential collaboration partner. Finally figured out what kind of event you want to host. Got clear on your next audience-growth move. Or maybe you had a conversation with someone that could turn into something really good. Those things COUNT. Because audience growth doesn't happen only when the subscriber number goes up. It also happens through the relationships, opportunities and actions that eventually bring those people into your world. So... What did you move forward this week? Big or small, I want to hear it! 👇🎉 And if someone shares something you're working on too, say hello. You might have just found your next collaboration partner. 👀💗

I got my first cold email subscribers from my very first bundle!! 🎉 This weekend I’m going to update my welcome sequence and then setup my first lead magnet -> tripwire funnel, basically get some of these foundational pieces in place before I do more collabs. I also created a custom Claude Aligned Business dashboard for myself that lays out my mission, vision, values, strengths, boundaries, etc plus some really cool bonus tags with interactive elements to help me work through my imposter syndrome and other mindset blocks.

@Rachel Jones I like to think through exactly how I’m going to use it, the layout and what elements I want to be easily editable. For this one specifically I want to be able to update my niche and bios if needed after I review my messaging. I also love some fun and pretty interactive design. Hope that helps 🙂
