Whew hew! I’m so glad you’re here!
🐇 Welcome — our first Exploration is open
If you’ve peeked at the new Exploration, Beyond Visualization classroom, you know where we’re headed. The video and the guided experiment are coming in the next few days — but the conversation starts tonight, because the conversation IS the class. So, a question to break the ice. Think of the last time someone guided you to “picture” something — a garden, a beach, a safe place. Did you actually see it? Or did you know you were there, feel the sun, hear the birds — without a clear picture at all? Because that still counts. That’s perceiving. OR - did you just get frustrated, feeling like you were doin something wrong if you couldn't 'see'? Spoiler alert - you were doing exactly RIGHT - even if you didn't 'see' and could only think about your shopping list! Here’s what we’ll keep coming back to: maybe you aren’t bad at visualization. Maybe visualization was simply too small a word for the way you perceive. Tonight’s rabbit hole 🐇: when information comes to you — a hunch, a memory, a sense about a person — how does it usually arrive? A picture? A feeling? A sound? Words? Or do you just… know? Drop yours below. No wrong answers — we’re just getting curious about the different ways we perceive. I’ll be here all week with a new thread each day. 🐇

I'll go first. 🐇 Can I be honest? For years I thought I was bad at this. Someone would guide a meditation — "now picture the field, see the grass" — and my brain would cheerfully go visualize literally anything except the field, or wander off to my to-do list entirely (hello, ADHD brain 🙋‍♀️). And I'd think, great, everyone else is standing in their meadow and I'm over here failing at relaxing. 😂 Then something clicked. Information doesn't come into me just one way — it comes in a bunch of ways. Sometimes I actually do see the picture. Sometimes it's a vibration, or a somatic feeling in my body. And sometimes it's just a knowing. Here's what I mean: if someone tells me to picture a field, I don't need to see green blades of grass to be there. Maybe I smell the grass. Maybe I just know exactly what that field feels like from a memory of standing in one. And none of those is wrong. All of them are exactly right. The moment I stopped trying to visualize and started noticing how I actually perceive, my whole practice changed. I can drop into a journey and come out with exactly what I needed — whether I stayed perfectly focused the entire time or not. (That focus thing? Big topic. We'll get to it soon. Spoiler: you don't have to focus the whole time. 🤫) So that's me. Now I want to hear you 👇 Stephanie
We are ramping up!
Welcome! We are creating some exciting lessons and topics, figuring out structures, and welcoming our guests and students. I am seriously SO excited you are here! Drop a line and tell me who you are and why you are here! Stephanie

Welcome to Arc & Alchemy: The Founders Field
There is something pretty special about arriving at the beginning. I’m Stephanie Cameron, RN—Integrative Mystic, Spiritual Alchemist, and creator of The Evolving Tarot and Arc & Alchemy app. I created this space because I wanted a place where woo, magic, and science could sit at the same table. A place where we can explore intuition, consciousness, manifestation, energy, tarot, the clairs, meditation, psychology, Parts work, ancient traditions, the unexplained—and whatever fascinating rabbit hole we stumble into next. You do not need to believe everything we explore here. In fact, I hope you don’t. This is a place to wonder, question, learn, experience, experiment, and decide for yourself what resonates. We can value science and evidence while remaining curious about what science cannot yet fully explain. We can have an extraordinary experience without immediately deciding what caused it. We can question something and still explore it. Sometimes the answer may simply be: “I don’t know. Let’s explore it.” That is a perfectly good answer here. Our explorations will often move through four simple stages: Curiosity → Exploration → Experience → Integration Something makes us curious. We learn about it. When we can, we experience or experiment with it ourselves. Then we ask what happened, what we learned, what it means to us, and what we want to carry forward. And one question will probably lead to another. 🐇 Welcome to the rabbit hole. If you're here in the Founders Field... You are arriving while this community is still becoming. Early communities aren't simply joined—they're shaped by the people who enter them. Your questions, experiences, interests, and wonderfully weird rabbit holes will help influence what we explore together. So rather than giving you a giant introduction checklist, I'd love to start with one question: What are you curious about right now? It can be something enormous, something practical, something spiritual, something you've experienced and can't explain, or simply something you've always wondered about.
