Tried to play something more simple than I use to, more melodic and targeting the 3rds at the end.

Really hard time figuring something out to play over this 😫 ended up with something pretty simple

Feels really cool to play, a lot of work to do to get it clean though. I’m also practicing it aiming at good contrast within each lick itself.

I posted this loop a few weeks ago and here is a little solo and played over it. I mainly used pentatonic scale of course 😅 but also used the minor scale and some triads here and there. I need to improve the way I finish my solos to give a real sense of closure.

I think I hit the changes right-ish… did I? 😅
