Share your niche + get my feedback
Have you worked through your Day 1 prompts yet? I’d love to help you get really clear on the problem you solve and the transformation you want to become known for. Use the AI prompts in the workbook for help and drop your favourite idea in the comments below using this format: I help [WHO] [ACHIEVE WHAT] through [HOW], so they can [SPECIFIC REAL-LIFE RESULT]. Don’t worry if it doesn’t feel perfect yet. Share what you have! I’ll go through your ideas tomorrow (it's nearly 9 pm now in Spain) and give you my feedback on what feels strong, where I think you could get more specific, and what might still be a little too broad. @Susanne Rieker Thank you for the feedback. My Art Yoga practice has several offerings at different depths: Play-Ground, a low-barrier entry point for art play and exploration; Spiral Flow, for intuition and creative flow; Flourish, an elemental journey through the chakras; ReMap, a recovery journey toward posttraumatic growth; and an ongoing online community. The niche statement I'm submitting is specifically for ReSource, a digital mini-course under ReMap. I am creating ReSource as part of this challenge. My Niche for ReSource: "I support women over 40 who feel like their nervous system is stuck in shutdown or overdrive to find simple, reliable ways to ground and return to calm, so stress no longer runs the show. My approach blends expressive art therapy, somatic practices, and therapeutic yoga." Does this exercise call for one niche statement per offering, or a single umbrella statement that speaks to all of them?

@Susanne Rieker How's this as my ReSource statement? I support women over 40 who find themselves snapping at loved ones over small things, feeling completely frozen by simple daily decisions, or living with a constant, quiet hum of overwhelm. By blending expressive art therapy, somatic practices, and therapeutic yoga, I guide them to discover simple, reliable ways to regulate their nervous system and return to center, so stress no longer runs the show. This is my Business statement: I help women over 40 who are running on empty from chronic stress and disconnected from their own bodies to restore a felt sense of safety, reclaim their creative aliveness, and experience calm and connection through expressive art therapy, somatic practices, and therapeutic yoga.

My self-paced mini-course helps people build a personal toolkit for grounded calm — internal and external resources to reach for when life gets stressful, stuck, or just too much. The mini-course has 3 sessions, each combining a short teaching, breath/yoga, and an art therapy directive (no art experience needed — it's about the process, not the outcome). Session 1 is about arriving and orienting to a felt sense of safety. Session 2 is mapping the resources you already have (and noticing which coping habits you might be ready to release) as well as acquiring new resources. Session 3 teaches "tracking" — learning to tune into your body's signals before they turn into overwhelm. This mini-course is actually the opening piece of a bigger nine-month program that I'm building (launching this fall), but the mini-course is designed to stand completely on its own — so it could be someone's first real step with me that doesn't require a big commitment. Would love feedback on whether the title lands, and whether the promise is clear enough at a glance!
