After taking a class tonight my brain was awaken. I created this image using the HALT acronym—Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired—to remind me/us to pause and check in with our needs before pushing forward. Each letter is paired with scripture, showing that God cares for every part of me/us—body, mind, and spirit. It encourages believers to: - Feed on God’s Word when spiritually or physically hungry (John 6:35). - Release anger and choose peace (Ephesians 4:26). - Seek fellowship because we’re stronger together (Ecclesiastes 4:9). - Rest in Him and find renewal (Matthew 11:28). Spiritually, this is a call to pause, pray, and let God refresh you before taking your next step. My prayer is that it helps someone refocus, just as it has brought me clarity.
