Just to tag on a couple of points here... When starting out on something new, you’ve probably heard many times that the more you do something the easier it becomes. But the work doesn’t actually become easier… It usually gets more difficult. As you grow your business, you add more responsibility, more overhead, maybe more team members, rent out a bigger space, etc. 📈 But, something interesting happens… Although the work itself may not get easier, YOU get better at handling and managing the work. ☑️ So not only are you growing the business, but you are also growing your skillset, your character, your leadership ability, etc. And your business is a reflection of you 🪞 The more you grow and invest into yourself, the greater your potential becomes to grow and succeed financially and within your business So as you progress, you actively seek out more and more challenging aspects of the skill. It certainly doesn’t get easier! But YOU are getting better at the skill and more comfortable with being uncomfortable. And skills compound faster than money 💰 👉 The more consultations you take, the more events you attend, the more clients you service, the more you build your skillset. I think it’s a huge mindset shift to stop thinking of things as getting easier because it means you are in control. And the more responsibility you take on the things you can control, the easier it becomes to carve out your own path forward. Just remember that if it were easy, everyone would do it. So lean into discomfort and embrace the challenge! 😃
