@Jason Fritz Jason was a huge Motivator for when I first stared training! Might be number #1. I remember walking in the gym at 35% body fat and seeing Jason looking like an absolute machine, I was shooked because like he said he was skinny. So I had to catch up fast! Thank for being here brother we’re going to get you back to strength together💪💪💪

5 Wheels is Back
2 days ago I hit 495 on squat for the first time in over a year. I wasn’t hurt or injured, instead my training has varied and shifted away from heavy compounds. Recently I have had the urge to lift heavier and see where my strength resides. I feel great and plan to keep heavy compounds back in my training going forward. My competitive spirit is still fresh and I’m excited to execute more heavy lifts 💪

This was when it happened?
Myth Busting Friday 🔨
Okay so this one I hear all the time and it actually drives me crazy a little bit. “High volume builds muscle. High intensity builds strength.” Not really. Here’s the thing — You can get bigger doing low volume. You can get stronger doing high reps. It’s not about the numbers on your program. It’s about how hard you push when you’re actually in the set. A heavy set of 5 taken to failure will build muscle. 4 sets of 12 where you stop because the timer went off and not because you had to? That’s not doing much. The weight doesn’t matter as much as what you do with it. Are you stopping because the set is done or because you literally could not do one more rep? That’s it. That’s the whole thing. Stop obsessing over volume vs intensity. Start obsessing over effort. Every. Single. Set. Are you a volume guy or intensity guy? Drop it below 👇 let’s argue about it 😤
