I joined Josh’s HPC community as an early blue belt and somehow they’ve helped me make it to purple without completely embarrassing myself. My over mid 40 self  podiumed at multiple comps and, more importantly, become much more confident in my jiu jitsu. Josh and his team answer all questions and take the time to help your development. the community always jumps in with advice and support. Some have even become good friends. Great coaching, great people, and fewer terrible decisions on the mats.
