So I initially bought the OPC membership because I wanted to get crazy abs like Ryan 😅 cos I couldn’t find a reliable routine anywhere else.
I’ve gotten stronger and more defined abs now but what keeps me here are the challenges Ryan does every 6-8 weeks. These help me stay focused and motivated to get stronger than what I thought was possible. It also helps that there are lots of lucrative prizes to be won if you win or at least participate! 🔥
