I highly suggest trying the regular seller campaign. That way you can get foot in the door and just get the lead. From there , you can ask the lead if they'd be interested in a cash offer too. No matter what you win because they will either list with you or go the cash route 🤑 If you want to still test out direct cash offer videos I would try these. We saw success with an ad where we promoted 3 cash offers. 1 : DON'T sell your house do this instead..... (No vendas tu casa! haz esto mejor!) thrn go into pain points and talking about how terrible the home selling process is. cash offers are way better 2: attention MARKET homeowners! have you thought about selling? there's a new way to sell. herer are the details... then go into to how normally people do xyz. NOW people are doing y instead because xyz. 3 : Vale la pena vender tu casa?

Good morning everyone! Wanted to share this... it's from 2018 When I signed my FIRST SMMA client . I was 18 years old and had 0 clue what I was doing. I literally was just cold calling a bunch of local businesses After 100's of calls someone finally decided to sit down with me After some brief negotiations...
