Banning The Thomas Salto???
I never want to see Tricking ban a skill like they do in gymnastics. I acknowledge that some skills that are more risky than others & think smart training is a far better option than trying to disallow certain Tricks. People throw them anyway, so let’s figure out the safest way to do it & work from there! How do we feel about risky Tricks? I don’t heal as fast as my younger self & have too many responsibilities to train super risky Tricks at the moment. That said, one day I will do the Bagel Bite! https://youtu.be/9c2bz-UOyEM?si=5GLeIBV49wLk5o_L

Hard to say if tricking even has the need to ban certain tricks. The Thomas salto has a sketchy landing, which could be deadly in den worst case. Rolling out of tricks is generally rare in tricking and mostly not considered a real landing/transition. So the likelihood so low. The only recent thing that could be close to that is Takas coindrop landing. But while really cool, it's not a real trend in tricking. Most landings/transitions aren't so risky that they are life threatening, so I don't see a reason to ban any moves in competition.
