I have 7 clients in the chiro niche (targeting spanish speaking practices that want hispanic patients to increase cash flows and escape from competition and increaso ROI by targeting an underserved demographic in the US), I stopped doing paid ads because I’m adding voice AI outbound which is a service I’m not so confident on delivery, since my offer is to deliver 50 booked patients in the first 90 days of service. Inbound voice AI working well so far with one client that allowed me to test. No experience with outbound yet. That’s keeping me a bit stuck, since the outbound one has been a bit more of a headache to setup. My bread and butter is Lead Gen + SMS AI for auto-bookings, but want to increase value and the promised outcome delivering the full Voice + SMS to really be fully DFY.
