The Topic
I have had several discussions and I have been trying several different manufactures that distribute Methylene Blue. I have become a huge fan of this one by Meraki. I actually had a call with Vance Elrod who is a MMA fighter who started this brand. He lives in Las Vegas now and still uses it to this day. Main reasons for him is it Protects against oxidative stress, helps prevent colds due to its antiviral properties, and boost his autophagy when fasting. In our last discussion about it, he shared it was him that shared a video of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. adding methylene blue to his water during a flight, which sparked widespread curiosity and discussion about the substance. @Scott Pollmann Great question but, I would also add the MB you have had experience with may have a different blend that may have different results when ingested. I use 10 drops in an 8 oz glass of water. My water has minerals included too. Click on the link I provided and see a lot of the research. No need to purchase.
