I’ve been in a season of upheaval in my marriage. When I look back on it, I realize that I created an idol out of family and my wife, and all of the “things a man is supposed to be”, and it pulled me away from putting God first. I could use prayer for both. Healing of both hearts in this marriage, and the dedication to stay focused on putting God back in the rightful place on the throne of my heart while drawing nearer every day.
