As Christmas approaches, which is the biggest holiday in Australia, don’t forget to check in on YOU! I know we check on family, connect to people we don’t see often and spend a lot of money. Please continue to honour YOUR needs and boundaries during this time. Yes it’s the season of giving but you must remember to give to you FIRST. And when you get stuck… use this group to lean on. We are here to grow together 💕

I've been doing the solo Christmas day now for years. It gets easier. I plan things for myself; self-care activities, jobs around the house I've been putting off, or even a themed movie day. Works for me.

Are there some services that you could offer remotely or online? Just might widen your customer base and also allow you to use your time more effectively. Just a suggestion.
