Welcome! Elite Underground is a community where men get ongoing help from me and my team to build a strong, lean muscular body, vibrant health and a relentless mindset. The only nickname I've really had - my Dad used to call me "Bighead" as a kid 😂 I realised after a while that it wasn't because I had a bighead. I'm from the north east of England, near Newcastle, in a small town called Jarrow. My biggest strength: Discipline & single-mindedness My biggest weakness: Self criticism What do you do? I'm a strength coach and I specialise in helping men get better in the areas that matter most. What's your goal inside this community? What triggered me to create this community is, there too many men selling themselves short.

I’m Sean and I work as a strength coach at Elite Underground. I was given an opportunity by my dad Stephen Williams, the owner of Elite Underground, to turn my life around as I went down the wrong path from being a teenager. He inspired and cajoled me to go down this path and through this process and has turned me into someone different and changed my whole life for the better. It has also changed my teenage son’s life for the better. My goal is to carry on down this path and help other men who are down on themselves or unhappy with their lot and want to turn their lives around. Some of my hobbies include lifting weights, MMA, riding motorbikes, hiking and climbing. I too want to improve in all areas of my life and then help others do the same, just like Steve. Some Of My Personal Goals: - Get bigger and stronger and stay lean - 30 Day Challenge to improve discipline and get back into that ‘I can do anything’ mindset - Improve skills such as Sales, Business, Speaking, Reading, Writing and MMA etc - Build a good life for myself doing what we do best - Coaching other men to be better with weight training, nutrition and mindset. - Get my life in order so I'm in a position to start a family and do it right from the start this time around. Time To Get To Work!
