Training with an ATP PRO
I know that everyone is different and each style in tennis is unique, we all like to approach playing points differently In this video I show you how I approach points and mentally and what my intentions are. I made this video with the hope that it would give players some ideas about how to make their training and performances in matches more affective Enjoy!

Training with an ATP PRO
first of all what did you learn from this session? Consider these things in your training sessions - staying relaxed with the body - Utilising the whole body on each shot - Being tactically aware of what you’re trying to achieve - Understanding how to add tempo - Using the change of pace affectively

“The glory is being happy, the glory is not winning here or there, the glory is enjoying practicing, enjoy everyday, enjoying to work hard, trying to be a better player than before” why is this quote so important? It teaches us that even at the highest level of competitive tennis they are still very process driven, enjoying the process, focusing on being happy on the court…I believe that winning is a biproduct of a great process.

A tip to always improve after a match win or lose
No matter the result or score, after every match I write down 3 things I liked about how I played and 3 things I need to improve This helps your confidence and keeps the improvement process rolling giving you clear things you need work on. I would write them down straight after your match when they are still fresh in your mind After losses accept them as quickly as you can and get back to work on your game

“the best feeling in life is winning a tennis match…the second is losing one” I love this quote because for me it’s the feeling that a tennis player is chasing…rather than the reason why you win for money or trophies etc Nothing can buy you that feeling of winning apart from hard work on and off the court, mental discipline at all times and a rock solid belief in yourself
