It’s a wet rainy cold day here on Vancouver island , my cleaner is sick so I am off to do two turn overs today before 4 pm. This morning I found a post of a local home owner looking to hire someone to manage their Airbnb. So TIP of the day is make sure to spend at least a hour today scanning Air bnb rental groups on Face Book in your area for posts like that ! They eventually do pop up :)

Tip of the week for EXTRA$$$ When you set up a new listing with your host make sure to send them your referral link to start the process , they get a small kick back of 50-100 and you get a larger kick back of 250-900 depending on booking value! Once that host has had a successful booking completed you will get paid !. Get 5 of these a year and thats a nice bit of extra cash!🤑

As a new Co-Host are you doing the cleaning ? I always recommend starting out hands on doing the cleaning your self ! This gives you the chance to get to know the place inside and out! this is helpful when guests have questions or if the cleaner has any issues , also you can pocket the cleaning fee 10 stays a month at 100 bucks is 1000 in your pocket !!!😁
