For me the health and wellness feels appropriate. I’d like to suggest though an additional topic like Aging well! We all age and our thoughts can impact our aging process so it would be good to have a tool to use that to our benefit!

I enjoy practising gratitude but this got me thinking. How would you suggest we train our minds to see the good all the time?
You don’t need a vacation to feel alive again.
You just need to break the pattern. A small new experience, a different street, a random walk, a solo coffee spot, can completely shift your state. Why? Because your brain gets bored fast. Same place. same routine. same inputs… = same feelings. When everything feels the same, your mind goes on autopilot…and life starts feeling dull. But novelty flips that switch. New sights. new sound. new paths. It wakes your brain up. Dopamine isn’t just about pleasure, it’s about curiosity and motivation. And new experiences trigger both. That’s why even a small change can feel like a reset. Try this: - Take a different route home - Go somewhere alone you’ve never been - Walk with no destination Then layer it with something powerful… Listening to melodic affirmations while experiencing something new This is where things really shift. Because your brain is: - more open - more receptive - less stuck in old patterns That’s when reprogramming happens fastest. You don’t need to escape your life. You just need to interrupt the pattern. Same life. New inputs. Different feeling.
