Haven't posted in a while, but all is well. I'm testing not posting since it's kind of an extra chore. Will resume if I'm having trouble.
Day 40 No Staying Up (Fail)
Left work on time and left dance early, but wasted time at home. Spent an hour or so writing. 🟥17:55 - stopped work 🟥------skipped dinner 🟥23:50 - went to bed ✅------07:30 - awoke 🟥------didn't pack lunch 🟥------08:45 at work To get back on track I need to work late, go home, mealprep, and sleep. 🎯19:00 quittin time 🎯21:45 bedtime

Day 38-39 No Staying Up
Yesterday was weird because I had to fix my sleep schedule after the conference. Last night I stayed up a little later than I should, but not excessively. (✅11:30) This morning I slept in, packed a lunch, and got to work late. Tonight is a dance night. 🎯5:50 Quittin' time 🎯23:15 Bedtime
Day 37 No Staying Up (Fail)
🟥 04:30 - went to bed ✅ ------ 08:50 - woke up naturally 🎯 22:50 Bedtime Stayed out dancing longer than I should have, so I'll be a bit tired today.

Day 36 No Staying Up
✅ 17:30 - left work on time 🟥 03:30 - went to bed ✅ ------ 08:50 - woke up naturally 🎯 03:30 bed time (Appropriate for such things) I'm not counting this as a fail because it turned out that 3:30 was a perfectly fine time to go to bed after dancing and it didn't make me late to morning workshops at all, so really my target time was wrong.
