Course and potential purchase electrical wholesaling
1. I was keen to review the content of the business buying course - I've reached out to support as the course I purchased in Oct/Nov 22 kajabi site is no longer available. 2. I'm running a few business in the financial sector ( accounting, mortgage broking and looking to launch an accounting software through a JV) Any thoughts about buying a electrical wholesale business? My client is selling for to wanting to retire and we have a good relationship. It's already for sale via a business broker. Would you be willing to pay a premium for a good business if the owner is willing to stay on and help and also give you some vendor financing. The current offers received for the business are a lot lower than what the owner thinks it is worth. I also think he's asking too much but we've collaborated together for 5 years and I believe he is a man who is hard working and fair. Also - I've learned a bit about sales and marketing and running a business - so I think I could run and grow his business with his existing team - but if course I'm worried about not knowing enough about the business and the customers. - what thoughts / tips works you give me. Thanks in advance!!
