Today we explored one of the most important movement foundations: breathing, alignment, and core function. As you practiced, remember that this wasn't just an exercise—it was also an assessment. I wasn’t aware of it, but my ribs are definitely flared. It’s a bit of a challenge to keep some of the corset and fill up the cylinder, but I think I am starting to get it better after some practice. It actually feels really good.
