Cook a long curry with Scott?
I seem to be putting some approved curry recipes on here which everyone is trying. @Mark Bryce shall we get a cook along with Scott session going one Sunday? But I would have to push the time back unfortunately… but would be great to all cook the same dish together and chat whilst it’s simmering?

One of my own….
Sweet Potato, Lentil Coconut (Crème - Vegan) Curry with Spinach, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Pepper, Coriander, Peppers, tomato. Chop up Onion and Garlic and cook for 2 min in Coconut Oil, add curry spices, salt, pepper and two finely chopped salad tomatoes, fry off for 5 min. Add coconut crème, lentils, blast the sweet potato in the microwave for 4 min with a splash of water, add all other ingredients and let it simmer for 40-60 min.

Day 30…
Well, what a journey. I have been clean since Monday morning after my curry blip on Saturday night…. Since Monday, 24,000 steps (but I’ve been on the tennis court a lot) water intake and clean approved eating! Day 30 this morning, started with my pancakes, I have a homemade sweet potato mash shepherds pie with lentils for lunch and I’ll have an omelette for dinner as I’m working late. Let’s av it!!! Oh, and arsenal won last night! ⚪️🔴

@Mark Bryce I dropped 6.6lbs and lost a jean size. Clothes fit better, more energy and better sleep. I couldn’t ask for much more to be honest with you. I’m going to continue with day 1-10 again, now but for 18 days until I go away. Fish and veg only, with no alcohol again, no bread, no dairy. But I’ll have a coffee. Let’s go!
Sorry I’ve been absent
Hi all Sorry I have been absent last week, I was away with work with the first time since Maiya was born 5 months ago therefore I prioritised comms at home. I didn’t drink, still haven’t, today is day 28. However I did feel like my food slipped a little, I felt like I could have eaten more fish as I’ve actually felt sluggish and not as on it when I’ve eaten meat. I also had a curry, but chose a chicken dansak as it has lentils in. No naan though, or cobra!! Anyway, we won, and Oxfordshire are u12 National Champions!
Monday Motivation
10,000 steps plus today, 4L water, pancakes and omelette for breakfast and lunch. Dinner - sweet potato sagaloo with coconut cod and lentil curry!

Recipe is : Sweet potato, skin on Red onion Spinach Coriander Garlic Chilli 2 salad tomatoes Splash of water Curry powder or a mix of Indian spices Boil the sweet potato for 5-6 min, don’t microwave as it blasts nutrients. Fry off some red onion, garlic, chilli flakes in coconut oil. Add tomatos Add spinach Drain and add potatoes Fry off for 5-10 min. 💪
