@Digitl-Alchemyst Steven-Watkins I hear you. I just have all that more or less nailed down in my own way in Notion and Notion Calendar and have found it a bit of a slog trying to transform that into a more structured post for this challenge. It is really only a few mins of effort but yeah, it started to feel like a bit of a slog. I am sure I could have streamlined the process a lot more but I guess I just got to a point where It started to feel like the whole point of the challenge was getting lost, and actually if I carried on with my own processes privately that would serve me better. I have this morning journal template set up that basically reminds me to do my morning habits straight away. So i'll normally do some exercise, then sit down with that mornings journal where it reminds me to do my Spanish flashcards, check my calendar for that and the coming days etc, and then just a couple of gratitude prompts like "3 things you are grateful for", and "3 things that would make today great", and then it has my task database embedded and preloaded with the everyday tasks I have set to that particular day. For example, I have some days that are more focused towards job applications, networking and study, and others more focused on deep project work. Then I add any extra tasks I can think of in my head that aren't yet in my database, which can be linked to larger "projects". I have a similar evening template that lets me reflect on how the day went, and more any unfinished tasks around etc. Each takes a few mins to work through, and really helps me stay on track. Then, for example if it is a project focused day, I don't have all project-related tasks within my main tasks database. I have web dev dashboard with my projects in there and then each project will have its own Kanban board. This has all developed over the challenge, which has been one of the big achievements for me. I had processes in place before but the challenge has made me refine them to the point where they work very well for me and my life situation. Other people might hate the same processes, but they work well for me.
