How we're different...
Inspired by @John Wampler's post, here's a few reasons why we're different than anything you'll find in the world 👇 1. We're health-first. Unfortunately, it's incredibly rare to find a health-first pitching instruction company, brand, or instructor out there. There's plenty of VELO programs and Data-First programs but we do it the healthy way first and always. 2. We're spine-dominant. This is a term I came up with which has revolutionized how pitching mechanics and instruction is taught by focusing on the spine first as opposed to "limb-dominant" cues like finish with the ball out front, leg here, arm there, elbow up, shoulder closed, head straight. The commonality with ALL of those old-school cues? They all attach to the SPINE! Where the spine goes, the body flows! 3. Instead of just teaching what I was taught from my coaches, who learned from their coaches (how 99% of instruction & coaching is done in baseball), I traveled the country throughout the last 16 years learning from the smartest people OUTSIDE of baseball. These are people with degrees in science, human biology, neuroscience, human psychology, and so many other vast backgrounds. Sticking just to those in the game of baseball only got me so far with the athletes that I was helping. As soon as I stepped out of baseball, the potential to help these pitchers grew DRAMATICALLY! There's a lot of other reason, but those are just 3 of the big ones I want to touch on. If you've had some exposure to the way we do things, in the comments below, reply and let us know what was/is different about what we do compared to what you've seen out there 👇

How to keep bad instruction away.
How does a player deal with a coach wanting to fix or add to their pitching mechanics. Of course if the player is successful and velocity is on point. I would assume coaches will leave players alone. But I also assume you will eventually have that coach that wants to over coach and fix everybody. 🤷🏻‍♂️.

In most scenarios what will happen is if a coach wants to “fix” the mechanics, and you’re paying him, he’ll “fix” them, aka - he’ll teach the mechanics that only he knows and they’ll be the same for everyone and only help some. That’s why we always advise finding the best mechanics for each pitcher. You would like to think if velo, health and strikes are there then the coach would leave them alone but coach ego gets in the way and they feel like they need to “fix” something if they’re working with a kid.

@John Wampler let's go!!!!!! We do things different 'round here 💪
Want to throw more strikes?
One of the foundations of what we do is called the “Anchor.” The Anchor is a step by step process to ensure your pitcher is physically, visually and mentally locked in for every single rep of every single drill and throw at home, at practice, and in games. This ONE process is single handedly responsible for the so much of the success our guys see all the way up to the college and pro guys we work with. These 5 videos lay it out step by step!
