Hiring: Senior B2B Cold Caller — US Home Services — Commission Only ($150/SAT + $50/close)
Hey all — Scott here, Sales Director at Queen Consultancy (UK). Quick context: we've been operating 4+ years, work with 75+ US home-service contractors (tree, plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and have delivered $20M+ in client revenue to date. We're opening ONE senior SDR seat. Performance-based. US daytime hours. THE OFFER • $3,000 AOV • $150 paid when a qualified meeting actually sits (DM confirmed, 45+ min, real pain) • An additional $50 when the meeting deals (whenever it deals — not just on the call) • Uncapped, paid end of month THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS We close 50% of qualified sit meetings on average. You're feeding a closing machine, not pitching into a black hole. That's why this comp structure works without a base. THE SHIFT Mon–Thu, 2pm–10pm UK / 9am–5pm Eastern / 8am–4pm Central / 7am–3pm Mountain / 6am–2pm Pacific. Four eight-hour shifts. WHAT YOU NEED • Native English speaker (first-language — no exceptions) • Minimum 1 year cold-calling experience • US trades / home-services experience strongly preferred • Own laptop, headset, quiet workspace This is one seat. Not a recruitment drive. If it sounds like your work, DM me — I'll send the full Queen-branded role pack PDF. queenconsultancy.com

@Ahmad Khan Yeah massive difference. Roofing, HVAC and tree work are the easiest — they already think in jobs and revenue per job. Lawn care / pest control needs reframing to monthly recurring rather than job count. Small plumbing repairs are the hardest — they've been pitched leads to death, so the angle has to flip to "higher-ticket only" instead of "more."

Both, but call feedback drives more of it. We listen for what's landing and what's killing the call, then sharpen the specific lines and reframes that aren't pulling their weight. The core structure stays the same — it's the language against common objections that gets tightened over time. The positioning itself (jobs/revenue framing) came from pattern recognition — once you've heard the same objection 200 times across the same vertical, you know what reframes it. DM me if you want to go deeper.

@Mona Agrigoroaiei good leads are exactly what we provide. Hiring 1-2 SDRs right now: US home-services trades, fully loaded lead lists pre-built (no prospecting on you, just dial). $150 per qualified sit + $50 if it deals. Target $5K/mo, top performers $8K+, uncapped. Mon-Thu US daytime. DM me if you want the role pack.
