Cycling, as in alternating? Personally I think the Tirz is far better for you and will be much more effective if you just stay on it consistently. That being said, you might want to consider stacking them for a period, especially if you hit a stall with Tirz alone. I thought about it at one point but never did. I spent a lot of time reading up on the HCG Diet and ultimately decided that at 2-3 pounds lost per week, I was doing fine with the Mounjaro. Also, since I started this whole process because of diabetes, I was hoping to fix my metabolism and not wreck it further. Mostly though, I just thought it would be too much trouble to really stick to the program. I hadn’t discovered the peptide world at that time, so the idea of daily injections was just not appealing. And while eating 500 calories a day, by itself, isn't daunting, actually making it work while still attending client outings and not raising suspicions at home, just seemed like too much effort. All that aside, now, knowing what I know, I would not be afraid to try it, if I find myself in a spot needing to drop a lot of weight quickly. I think most clinics that offer the HCG Diet are even recommending a few more calories than 500 these days. Whichever way you go, It’s all research, and we all can learn, so good luck, and share your findings!!
