The Tower Card.

@Angela Olah my initial thoughts were that this card was simply about your world falling apart suddenly and literally. But further understating shows me it is about your belief system. Having found it does not hold up you are forced to re-educate and re-build from the foundations up how you view the universe.
I'd Love Your Perspective
I'd love your perspective on something I've been noticing. Many people join, settle in, and then stay fairly quiet. They don't always move through the classrooms right away. They don't always jump into conversations. They don't always post their observations. And so I'm curious about your experience. There are no plans to remove content, change access, or require participation. I'm simply looking to better understand your experience as a member. If you've been mostly observing from the sidelines, what's the thing that would make it easier for you to participate? Is it knowing where to start? Is it feeling like you don't know anyone yet? Is it uncertainty about what to post? Is it simply time and bandwidth? What did you hope would happen when you clicked Join? There are no wrong answers here. You can share below if you're comfortable doing so. If you'd rather respond privately, you're welcome to email me directly at: [email protected] I'm genuinely interested in your experience and all feedback is welcome. I'm interested in understanding the threshold, not pushing anyone across it. One last thing: Whether you're actively posting every week or quietly reading from the edges, I'm grateful you're here. I don't believe participation is the only measure of value, and I'm not interested in keeping score. What I am interested in is understanding your experience. If something feels difficult, confusing, intimidating, overwhelming, or simply isn't meeting your expectations, I hope you'll tell me. The goal isn't to make everyone participate the same way. The goal is to create a space where every member feels welcomed, supported, and able to engage in a way that works for them. Your honest feedback helps me do that, and I'm deeply grateful for it.

@Angela Olah that is a good question. I had been delving into the western esoteric side of tarot. Which I find fascinating, but also a bit overwhelming. So right now for me is back to basics.

@Angela Olah i have been a big fan of the RWS Borderless deck for some time. But now on the lookout for a more modern looking deck that retains the RWS intentions. A deck that is a good size for easy shuffling. I also like the 9 card/square layout and want to get familiar with using it. I have started reading tarot books to broaden my knowledge. And I will start getting into the class work here.
Week 2 - Observation
Which card represents Observation as an abstract energy? Reflection angles: - Is observation curiosity or hypervigilance? - Is it strategy or hesitation? - When does watching sharpen discernment? - When does it delay participation?

The Hanged Man. He is observing the changing world and how best to relate to it.
🧵 Hunt #2 – The Repetition
Notice a card, suit, or archetype that keeps showing up: in your pulls, your readings, your thoughts. What might it be asking your attention for?

Lately it has been Wands. For me this says that it is time for action. Time to stop planning and start doing.
Welcome Heather
Welcome in 🕯️ This isn’t a fast-track tarot space. It’s a place to slow down, reflect, and let meaning unfold in layers. Experience is honored here -but so is unlearning. If you’d like a starting point, Walking with the Cards in Classroom → Adventures & Quests is there for you. When you feel comfortable, we’d love to hear a bit about your path or what you’re hoping to explore.
