Thank you. I am looking forward to delving deeper. Three things in particular brought me here. Firstly as a 63 year old I am concerned with my own fitness and movement moving forward. I have a martial arts background but have not done any formal training for about 12 years. Secondly I have just moved to a small town that is a two hour drive from any type of training facility. And thirdly i gave a Boken that has been sitting in a cupboard for 12 years and am excited to start training with it.
