1. My intention for myself is I’m about to get showered and ready for the day. I’m recovering for SJS & I haven’t been able to do much with myself. So I’m starting with a shower today! 2. My high school best friend is coming with her daughter for a visit for the Fourth of July. So I’m going to try to work towards getting a guest space ready for her today, but not over do it. Or push myself too much. The energy I want to go into it with is remind myself that I need to give myself grace, but that I want to be active here and there if I can. So do what I can, but give myself grace for rest when needed. 3. I could soften into my Husband. He’s been supportive of me throughout this medical journey and I haven’t been able to pour much back into him. So I’d love to pour some love back into him and make him feel loved back since he’s been taking care of me so well! 4. Something I’m concerned about…My health at times. Especially recently having SJS (sooo scary). I do believe I’m on the right path to being healed and better ✨✨✨ 5. What I’m letting go of is the fear of what others think of when I use my mobility aids in public!! I’ve really been needing them lately, can’t go anywhere without them. Have had no choice but to let go of the fear. People can look all they want, they don’t know my life or what’s going on with it. & they’re nasty comments don’t deserve a response or the time of day. I have a lot more independence with my mobility aids & the more I use them, the less and less I even notice anyone around me. Now I’m on a mission to thrift a really cute cane for a wedding I’m attending in October so I can have my mobility aid and it not be an eye sore. 6. ✨✨✨Great health✨✨✨ 7. I am grateful for… the skin on my body, the food my body finally let me put in her, & my lovely family!!! #dailycheckin
