This one was a doozy! Definitely kicked my A-double-hockey-sticks. Had fun getting into that bounce and trying to survive that 1.5 reverse turn. Comments are welcome and appreciated!

My first groovement! 🥵💃 3/16 class
Maryland attempts Bronx whine 😅 lol. But fr this class was sooo challenging I had to work on it a bit after the recording and could only do it to a slower song, so here’s my better take! Feedback welcome 🤗

Yessssss! The most important part is that you are pushing yourself! Practice makes perfect and the secret to GROOVEMENT aside from soft knees is just embrace your natural movement and move through those transfers of weight!
