Sayira in Delaware, 52 this Oct. Most of my work experience has been in administrative roles and then, 3 years ago, I became a Project Manager at a Clinical Research Organization. My major personal experiences: - growing up with only basic financial knowledge but now quickly catching up and building a solid retirement portfolio, - awkwardly (sometimes barely) navigating social situations, office politics, and basic life skills, and now after assessment, understanding it was AuDHD and not personal failings, allowing me the opportunity to rebuild my life, - in every group, being the best at the game "worst case scenario" - another way of saying I bring a project manager mindset to my entire life, a large part of why I was at all successful before things like AuDHD or the effects of trauma were widely discussed and supported. I've come to value the limited time we have to enjoy being ourselves and being with our loved ones over the world's message that working yourself to death is the only value a human being has. I want to build an income that allows me to step back from corporate and put what I value first before time runs out. I have always had a passion for supporting others in their learning and growth. I am drawn to helping someone in pain or frustration, and find great joy in seeing the light in their eyes and face when they come to the understanding that shifts their worldview, bringing them peace, confidence, and hope. I hope to learn how to build things that serve and benefit people's lives in a concrete way while helping me accomplish my financial goals without sacrificing my life and loves.
