OKR stands for objectives and key results. Your Objective is the destination you want to reach by the end of the quarter. And your Key Results are outcomes (not tasks!) you need to achieve to reach your destination. Objective 1: - DRI: @user - Objective: What is the goal? - Key Results: List the metrics for success.

It's Gone. I'm trying something new. Here's the deal: I see a lot of skool communities. Classrooms are amazing. I'm sure i'll bring mine back. But for now it comes down to one word. FOCUS.
