Reta is a bit different than Tirz for example. On Reta, the half-life (time that remains in your body), it’s 6-9 days. If you increase your dose fast, the reta in your body can accumulate and accelerate things. By the end of the first week, you have 2mg of Reta in your system. By the following week, adding 0.5mg to your dose, will work as you have 2.5mg, and may catch up on the one you already have in your system. Double check the instructions with the provider. Reta is strong and increasing dose too fast can be hard on you. Slow and steady does it for me.
