I found this article interesting, because it made me notice how I simply label food as good or bad and I agree that meals are important not only for nutrition, but also for cultural experience, communication and enjoyment. However, I believe balance of meals still play an important roll for our health. Thanks to the development of technologies, we can easily find healthy, well-balanced and delicious recipes online, so it's possible to achieve both.
