Funny story from tonight. I fireman carried Bethany out of the movie theater. I gotta admit I didn’t think I could do that and I just went for it!

My name is Satchel Stillwell. I am a father of 4, and a son of God. I’m married to Bethany Joy Stillwell. I work as a licensed professional counselor supervisor in the state of Texas have done so for the last 13 years. I cut my teeth as an inpatient counselor at a rehab center and eventually became clinical director before I turned 30. Mission Accomplished!!! This was a huge goal that once achieved left so much to be desired. I wasn’t satisfied with myself. I needed something more. I needed something: manly, cerebral, violent, and community centered. Enter Brazilian Jujitsu. It is an absolute passion of mine and the only thing that interests me slightly more than guns. Jujitsu has been the perfect fit for me. My goal is to be a better person. I want to have the potential for extreme and debilitating violence but I also want to walk with the restraint necessary so that I might never have to use it in a real life scenario.
