100% the best program to start for complete beginners. Since the program has been laid out for long term (6mths+), you don’t have to think much on what to do and just follow the program. I personally find it easier to stay consistent cuz of that! Furthermore, the community is always active in addressing any questions, form feedback etc you literally got responses from the ACTUAL elite coaches, not AI and not delegates!
