So what about more like: Hi (name), A number of local businesses to you in (area) have been telling me that recently they are finding it almost impossible to recruit good Software Developers. The recurring reasons i'm hearing are: - Salary expectations of candidates not aligning with company budgets. - Candidates not wanting to work in the office. - Recruiters promising the world and delivering an old ham sandwich. I'm going to guess that this is not the case for you currently and that none of these problems exist for you?

Is it just me?
Or does everyone find Monday morning's the hardest to get going? I feel as though throughout the week I get better and better moving through the gears but I'd love to be in 5th gear on a Monday. Any tips on getting there?

I feel the same, we work from home Monday and Friday too so Monday mornings and Friday afternoons I really struggle sometimes. Listening to motivational videos on YouTube usually works to get me going though, Alex Hormozi has been my recent binge watch.

Hi All. Thought i would make a quick post as I have just recently signed up. I am Dean, worked in sales now for nearly 20 years (yep older than i look) And held every sales role possible. Decided to go back to basics again after lockdown and take a leap into the Regtech world. Helped in the growth of Passfort who were then acquired by Moodys in an 117 million pound deal, I am now at Strise who are an AI Automation platform for AML and Compliance. So typically target Banks and Financial institutions. Looking forward to meeting you all.
