Hi my name is Sarah iand I am not just a survivor I'm a warrior. I have known from the young age of 6, my stepdad was an evil man he practiced every form of abuse there is, his mental abuse destroyed my mum who took her own life because he haunted her even 3 years after she finally ended it with him and was 3 years after the split she committed suicide. I did end up pressing charges on him and he got 3 years for what he done . Overcoming abuse can't be done alone so we need to help each overcome and grow stronger
