This isn’t a moaning pit — it’s a movement. We women laugh, swear, cry, and rise together. Perfect doesn’t live here — real does.

📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed.And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.

@Angie Turgeon-Ladeau absolutely. Change can be really simple but flipping difficult and uncomfortable. Real change comes when we know the decisions might make us uncomfortable in the short term but they move the dial the most. Getting comfortable in the uncomfortable is often the biggest mindset shift!

@Brenda Rigney I’ve just hit level 3 and worked through your lesson so I’ll think mindfully about what I share in here! Thanks for the nudge!
Yay! Got to Level 2 and found out I’m a Successful Synergist
✨ Your Archetype: Successful Synergist ✨ You’re the kind of leader who makes success sustainable — not by pushing harder, but by creating harmony between people, process, and purpose. You build momentum through collaboration, consistency, and smart structure. Your impact comes from how well you connect the dots and bring others along with you. At your best, you’re a master integrator: you see what’s working, refine it, and make it scalable without burning everyone out (including you). You naturally create trust, loyalty, and community — which makes your brand feel safe, grounded, and credible. Your leadership style shines when you’re curating the right partnerships, building supportive systems, and turning big visions into something the whole team can actually execute. A common blind spot is over-responsibility: carrying too much for too long, or staying in “keeper of the peace” mode when a bold decision is needed. Your next level comes from letting yourself lead with clearer edges — stronger boundaries, clearer standards, and choosing what’s aligned even if it disrupts the harmony for a moment. When you do that, you become unstoppable: deeply respected, well-supported, and steadily expanding.

@Sheran Langford 100% it’s exactly who I am!
What words would you choose?
What words would you choose to say to yourself if you were leading yourself with compassion instead of pressure? As you imagine saying those words out loud, notice what shifts inside you. How does your breath change? What happens in your body, your posture, your energy — when those words become your inner voice?

Be kind to yourself. You don’t have to earn a rest!
Hi, excited to be here.
Hi I'm Caroline, I come from the UK, I live in Kent, England, but originate from the Shetland isles, think Shetland ponies and Fair Isle Knitting. I have a Crochet Community, YouTube channel and business where I teach confused beginner to become confident crocheter, with projects they are proud to share. I need to clarify how to become more visible and how to bring money in from the business that I have started. What keeps me grounded is crochet itself, it is the most calming of past times while creating beautiful items.

I’m UK too! Love your business, one of my besties runs a community too called Crafty Conversations. It brings crafting (mostly crochet) and open conversations about mental health together as she’s a life coach. Crochet is her love but she does lots of crafting too. Her community isn’t properly on skool yet, but she loves her business as she has in person meet ups too !

Need your help!
A little sneak peak… I’m working on finalizing my “Doodle Journal” that will come out in the spring and I’m trying to decide on covers! I’d love your input: ✨ Busy: embossed doodles all over 🤍 Simple: one embossed doodle My family all chose the same favorite, which surprised me - so I need some other perspectives before I decide on production quantities: Which one are you more drawn to at first glance (see attached photos! 👇) Thank you!!!

They both look good but I like things simpler and clean so the one doodle fits my brain better.
