This week is going to be tough - we have high humidity and high heat for most of the week. I tried doing my interval workout this morning, couldn't get the paces I was aiming for, walked a lot during the recovery periods, didn't complete the 3rd round. But my coach said I shouldn't have even attempted the workout in this weather π₯΅ So the rest of the week is more gentle easy runs, with a few strides if I feel like it!
