Lately I’ve been waking from dreams, or maybe even lucid dreaming and my body feels like I am on a vibration plate in some areas. I can only describe it as like mini earthquakes in my heart space (front and back side so full 360) and as if my pineal gland is being tugged on gently but rapidly like it’s connected to a string. I also had an image of a pine cone drop in the first time it happened. The first time it scared me because I’ve never experienced anything like this but then as I slowed down my breathing and continued feeling into the sensation awake, I began smiling and felt protected and safe. It continues to happen randomly and wakes me from sleep, continuing for a few minutes after waking. I have also woken from deep sleep with feeling paralysis in my left leg/foot followed by a lot of pain in the area that was either stuck or involuntarily twitching. It’s happened after a sound healing session too. I’ve experienced full paralysis one other time many many years ago and it was a dark entity so it totally freaked me out. Anyway, lots of weird sensations and energetic vibrations during sleep these past few months…is this familiar to anyone and can you help me explain what may be happening?
