Finished the semester earlier this week so I’m working on an entry for this month’s challenge! Super excited to have time for the challenges here again, that semester was an absolute beast

Been a while since I’ve talked on here, been super busy with school (6 classes, and my first art job! I’m an illustrator for the campus magazine), but I wanted to share some work I did this week for my concept art class! Our current assignment is to work on weapon designs, so I’m making a bunch to help showcase this world’s power system. I’m going to make another batch where the weapons are much more simple. In this world, the main power system can be channeled through a special kind of ore. It was used in nearly all weapons during a war a millennium prior to the main story, and because the weapons had to be mass produced, they looked more simple and basic. Since that is no longer the case, people are able to make their weapons look much more ornate and decorated now, so the second batch will help showcase it.

Ayo! Haven’t been as active here since the semester started, but I wanted to show some stuff I’ve been working on! I’m taking my first capstone class this semester, focusing on preproduction for my student film. I worked on designing an idea for our mc, an inter-dimensional pizza delivery person, this past week! Had a lot of fun with it, and while it’a definitely not my usual style, I learned a lot and am very proud of it :) The design will be changed a lot in the next few weeks, our next step is looking at the concepts everyone in our group made and refining the designs and style, but regardless I’m happy with what I made so far

Finally working on an OC project I’ve had rattling around in my brain for over a month now that I’m on winter break and have time. Everything’s pretty messy so far, but I wanted to at least get the bases for everyone down as soon as I could. Lots of work needs to be done, but I’m really happy with how they’re turning out so far and wanted to share!
