The Coherence Healing Circle
Hey family 🙏 Just a reminder, the Coherence Healing Circle is this Wednesday, April 8th, at 7 pm Pac time. If you've never been, here's what it actually is: We come together as a community with one focused, altruistic intention to heal community members. Physical wounds. Emotional weight. Financial stress. Trauma. Loneliness. We have two amazing intentions already. Coherence Healing works because we're not doing it alone. When a group holds a unified intention, something shifts: our brains synchronize, our breath, our consciousness. You feel the energy moving through you, and we all have a similar vision of the outcome. Its beautiful! Most powerfully, it dissolves the loneliness and generates heart coherence. This is real, powerful medicine. And our community members need you. Please show up and join us! No experience needed. Just show up and be willing. Go to the calendar now and add it to your Google/IOS calendar. And drop a comment so we know who is coming!

I recently participated in the healing circle, and it was one of the most unexpectedly powerful experiences I’ve had. Going in, I’ll be honest—I was a little unsure. It ended up being a smaller group than usual, and I didn’t know what to expect. But that actually made it feel more intimate, focused, and deeply personal. The space that was created felt incredibly safe, intentional, and real. The breathwork, the energy, and the way Thomas held the container allowed me to drop in more deeply than I anticipated. I came in with an intention around stepping into the next stage of my life with clarity, self-trust, and alignment—and I genuinely felt connected to that version of myself during the experience. What stood out most was not just my own internal experience, but what was reflected back to me. The imagery and insights shared felt aligned in a way that was hard to dismiss—grounded, expansive, and affirming without feeling forced or performative. There was a strong sense of being supported, not just by the group, but by something deeper. One of the most meaningful parts was witnessing someone else in the circle shift so visibly—from a place of heaviness into genuine lightness and joy. That alone spoke volumes about the power of this work. I left feeling peaceful, connected, and more rooted in myself. Not in a fleeting “high,” but in a way that felt calm, clear, and real. If you’re open to this kind of experience, I would absolutely recommend it. It’s not about anything being done to you—it’s about what you’re able to access within yourself in the right environment.

I’ve had way too many things on my plate and felt like I had actionable goals for each. This week I decided I need to be much more more pointed and choose the top 1 or 2 that will actually move my life forward. I got an accountability partner. And decided I needed to reach out to 5-10 people a day for coaching outreach (and succeeded)!

@Tyler McLain Hey Tyler! I’m going thru a similar challenge and I realized the worst of it was when I got stuck waiting for confidence before continuing to move forward. Now I’m realizing that as long as I continue to take small action steps, I gain/maintain confidence. The action and reps are what helps to maintain the confidence or show me what I need to adjust I keep it.
