Hey guys just wanted to have a transparent moment. I closed June 6th and I sent my payment. Received a call from the title company. I was so confused because they said they didn’t receive it. I sent my proof of funds so I wouldn’t lose my property. Turns out my bank declined the transaction. On top of me sending the fund the incorrect way 😩. It should’ve been wired instead of ACH transactions. This time I went into the bank to make sure the wire is done correctly.
