Hi 👋! I’m new here so not sure I am posting in the right place. I am from Malta and we have very hot Summers .. my 13 year old starts his pre season training this week and to combat the heat 3/4 of their sessions start at 7am-830am. They have to be on the pitch at 645am. How do I fuel him so early? And does the night before meal matter too since training is so early?
